A Festive Tree at the Spiral Staircase
At the heart of the hotel, the iconic spiral staircase takes on a new expression through a collaboration with a local artist. The artistic tree brings a contemporary perspective to the season, creating an unexpected moment of art and creativity at The Madrid EDITION. On view from 24 November 2026 through 6 January 2027.

Panettone Punch at Punch Room
At Punch Room, the Panettone Punch brings a festive take to the signature serve. Available for a limited time, it combines cognac, panettone water, bergamot, Pedro Ximénez and cava. Available from November 24, 2026 until January 6, 2027

This December, Oroya adds a festive edit to the menu. Chef Diego Muñoz brings the season to the table through bold Peruvian flavors and a selection of dishes created for sharing. Join us at Oroya from 21–30 December.
Christmas Eve at Pórtico
Celebrate Christmas Eve at Pórtico, where Spanish tradition meets the EDITION touch. Gather around the table for a specially curated menu rooted in authentic local flavors, created for a festive evening of good food and good company. Enjoy the set menu on December 24, with a dedicated children’s menu available and options to adapt dishes for younger guests, making it an occasion for the whole family.

See out 2026 at Oroya with an eight-course tasting menu by Chef Diego Muñoz. Peruvian flavours set the pace for an adults-only dinner, then the celebration continues with a live DJ and fireworks. Reserve your table for December 31.

Gather at Pórtico for a five-course New Year’s Eve menu inspired by Spanish tradition. Designed for families and friends to celebrate around the table before heading to The Roof at midnight, for fireworks and music. Join us for dinner on December 31.
