Celebrate any size wedding in venues that accommodate intimate gatherings for a handful of guests or soirees for hundreds of your closest friends. Our signature ceremony setting, the Ocean Palm Court, overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and affords views of the resort’s pool. At 7,800 expansive feet, the romantic Astor Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests and is divisible into up to five distinct sections. Meanwhile, two enchanting pre-function areas, ideal for cocktail receptions, add an additional 3,300 square feet of space. Throughout our interior space, sophisticated grey tones complement refined monochrome accents, imparting a romantic ambiance. Discriminating details—from geometric beveled mirrors to smooth marble to high ceilings with elegant sea-inspired crown molding—further elevate the rare environment. Combined with our uncompromising service, you and your guests experience the new benchmark of bespoke distinction that is quintessentially St. Regis.

Ocean Terrace

Our resort offers 17,000 square feet of indoor event space, as well as a wide variety of outdoor venues that place the sparkling waters of Miami Beach on full display. We offer customary tables, tailored upholstered chairs, dance floor, staging, easels, and gift tables on a complimentary basis for your wedding reception.

Astor Ballroom

Timeless elegance and modern luxury blend seamlessly in this impeccably designed, 7,800 square-foot venue, which sets the stage for stunning ceremonies and receptions. With intricate sculpted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling antiqued mirrors, and rare blonde Movinque West African wood paneling, the Astor Ballroom can accommodate up to 360 guests.

Ocean Palm Court & Terrace

Pledge your love with Miami Beach as your backdrop. Our signature ceremony venue, the Ocean Palm Court, overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and affords views of the resort’s pool and beyond. Additional outdoor venue space includes select patio, pool, and beach areas.

Pre-Function Area

The primary pre-function area offers 2,395 square feet and the secondary pre-function area is 1,600 square feet, totaling 3,995, which are ideal for receptions. Additionally, the secondary pre-function square footage when utilized in conjunction with the entire ballroom expands to 7,800 square feet of total unobstructed event space. Outdoor function space includes select patio pool and beach areas.

Our catering service experts work closely with our Executive Chef to design menus with seasonal ingredients to enhance the culinary experience of your Bal Harbour wedding or social event. The planning staff at our Miami Beach resort is committed to the very best products from local farms and artisanal producers. Our goal is to nurture relationships with purveyors who are dedicated to organic and natural farming methods, which promises an even better wedding celebration for you.

Beverage Selections

St. Regis Bar Selection:

The aim with our collection of beverages will be to continually source and introduce you to what we feel are some of the finest liquors available to us from around the world. We will always strive to provide you with products emphasizing what we feel are considered localized luxury.

The St. Regis Wine Selection:

The focus of our wine collection will be to assure your highest expectations are met. We will always strive to provide wines emphasizing interesting selections from high-quality producers as well as single-vineyard boutique wineries exemplifying the craft at its best.

Our wedding packages start at $365.00 per person with pricing ultimately determined by your personal taste, style and selection. Packages generally include bar service, Champagne toast, selection of passed hors d’oeuvres, 3- or 5-course dinner and wedding cake as dessert.

Any beverage station or bar serving alcohol requires a Bartender. A Bartender Fee of $200 per Bartender for up to 2 hours will be applicable (one Bartender per 50-75 guests). If the Bar extends beyond 2 hours, there will be a charge of $125 per Bartender for each additional half hour.

All food and beverage is subject to a 25% Service Fee, 8% Sales Tax and 3% Liquor Tax.

    Conference and Hollow Square
    Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
