Discover the exquisite taste of the best local seafood on a culinary journey that begins at sea and ends at your table. Through the best techniques of fusion cuisine and our sophisticated Josper grill cooking system, you can enjoy an elegant lunch in the gardens of the hotel in the best style of The Luxury Collection. This experience includes: 4 starters, 4 main courses, 3 side dishes and 4 desserts.

Treasures of the Sea

A unique experience. Be taken to the National Reserve of Paracas in our private vessel "Rayador" and be part of an authentic harvest of shells in the sea; followed by an exquisite and elegant tasting by of our best chefs, who will prepare tempting dishes with the six varieties of the product.

Secrets of the Sea

Get to know all the secrets of our signature dish. Our executive chef will accompany you in preparing authentic Peruvian ceviche in a sustainable experience and using fresh products from local fishing and agriculture. We await you at our restaurant "Chalana", located in the private dock of the hotel.

Chalana Restaurant

Includes ceviche class, 1 dish for each of the participants and1 glass of white wine. Minimum booking of 1 and a maximum of 32 persons.

Enjoy and discover our exclusive gin menu, designed to surprise even the most demanding connoisseurs of this drink. You can combine it with our wide selection of tonic water from around the world and ingredients from the region, which will surprise your taste buds with their unique flavors.

Includes private class on preparing Gin & Tonic and 1 drink prepared by the participant. Minimum booking of 1 and a maximum of 20 persons.

Tasting

Our chef has put together the best a la carte dishes in a special menu that pays homage to regional products and the fusion of cultures, offering the best of international cuisine. This experience consists of 1 appetizer, 2 starters, 2 main courses and 1 dessert.

Ballestas Restaurant

Includes 1 bottle of mineral water and 3 glasses of selected wine: white, red and sweet.

Indigenous Offering

The Paracas desert, the most arid in the world, is a place full of history, culture and stunning landscapes. Enjoy a gastronomic experience in a dream-like environment under the stars. The experience consists of: chancho al palo (spit-roast pork, prawns, chicken and loin grilled brochettes, buffet of salads and desserts.
