In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Additionally, hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout our public areas including hotel entrances, our front desk, lobby, elevator banks and meeting spaces.
- Guestrooms: In our guestrooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with CDC approved disinfectants.
- Housekeeping Service: Housekeeping service will be scheduled with you during your stay to ensure no contact at time of cleaning. Additional linens or toiletries can be requested at the front desk or through the Marriott Bonvoy app for contactless delivery.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
