Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their own personal use (with no professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their room, or in the resort but must respect the privacy and well-being of other guests in the area.
Professional photography/videography and photography/filming done with a professional camera will only be allowed if the Resort Management has given permission before the shoot. All photography/videography requests will be reviewed and approved based on occupancy, availability, and content.
Commercial photography or videography is not permitted at the Resort without permission from the Resort Management.
Our first priority is the experience of our guests so we have a strict policy against the use of any of our facilities for unauthorized professional or commercial photography or videography including but not limited to pre-nuptial shoots, engagement shoots, advertising shoots, model/fashion shoots, and film productions, etc.)
Requests to use any area of the resort as a location for commercial photo shoots or filming as well as special occasion/wedding shoots should be directed to the Marketing Department. These photo/video shoots are subject to fees and a strict schedule which must be approved by the Resort Management.
Should any Talent of the Property observe a photoshoot that compromises the privacy or comfort of other guests, they reserve the right to ask the guest to cease the activity. The property team reserves the right to request proof of hotel or venue booking to verify guest status before granting or continuing permission for any shoot.
The Resort reserves the right to capture photographs and video recordings in all public areas of the property for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes. While the Resort will make reasonable efforts to avoid photographing or filming identifiable guests without their consent, guests acknowledge and agree that incidental inclusion of their image does not entitle them to any form of compensation, nor give rise to any claim, complaint, or legal action against the Resort.
