Bobsled With An Olympian
Experience the thrill of the 2002 Winter Games on the Bobsled track alongside an Olympic Silver Medalist, Valerie Fleming or Shauna Rohbock.For the first 45 minutes of the session, guests will hear Valerie or Shauna’s inspirational story and receive an exclusive Olympian-led tour of Utah Olympic Park’s bobsled track. Guests will also have an opportunity to visit and take photos at curve 12 of the track. After the safety demonstrations, visitors will take the ride of a lifetime! In less than mile, you will rip through 10 curves, pulling 3Gs and hitting speeds up to 70 mph. As an “aspiring Olympian,” participants are coached by our professional staff as they learn to shoot with precision rifles that are comparable to equipment used during the Olympic Games. After a safety briefing, instructional range orientation, and time for practice, participants engage in a mini fun competition set up for the group. During the winter, you will either ski or snowshoe and in the summer, choose jogging or hiking.
