Spread over 2,800-square metres, this Bali resort spa houses 12 treatment spaces, including two vast private suites with romantic outdoor bathtubs, two aromatherapy steam rooms with daily changing scents, a facial studio, a series of hot and cold hydrotherapy pools and a fully equipped beauty salon for all your wedding and special event needs. Traditional Indonesian healing practices complement European, Thai and Indian Ayurvedic philosophies, and together seamlessly combine with the contemporary comforts of the spa. Select from an indulgent menu of deep-reaching massages, turn-back-the-clock facials and holistic therapies or request that one of the Iridium Spa's highly trained therapists customise a treatment to suit your specific wants and needs.

Bloody Mary-inspired Wellness Ritual

This fun and invigorating ritual has been inspired by the St. Regis's famed Bloody Mary cocktail recipe and ingredients. Our highly trained therapists begin the 150-minute spa extravaganza with a zingy tomato, pineapple and wasabi body scrub. This is followed by the application of a purifying vodka tomato clay wrap, guaranteeing baby-soft skin. A deep-reaching detoxifying massage comes next, before a soothing tomato vermouth salt bath completes the experience to leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. To enhance your ritual, order some freshly shucked Irish oysters, drenched with coriander tomato water, to be served in our decadent spa gazebo.

Champagne Ritual

This ultra-luxurious 150-minute experience begins with a soothing foot ritual to immediately calm the senses. Next, precious drops of a specially blended champagne elixir are drizzled over the whole body; a prelude to our Iridium massage, which combines long deeply-relaxing strokes with luscious grape seed scrubs and oils. A naturally detoxifying champagne body mask, made from France’s best bubbly and skin softening white clay, follows. The treatment concludes with an intimate flower bath, from which you can gently emerge to enjoy a glass of champagne in the shade of a private gazebo.

Whether you’re a first time yogi or want to take your regular practice to the next level, stand-up paddle yoga offers a fun and effective form of exercise. Regular sessions happen in our lagoon-shaped freshwater swimming pool and work on improving balance, posture & breathing techniques. Children are more than welcome to join our classes, which are suitable for all ages and led by highly experienced instructors.

At the St. Regis Bali yoga classes are offered daily at the Bale Pante, a beachside pavilion fashioned from teak and coconut thatch. Try yoga with unusual techniques, such as Giri Bhuana, Chakra Visualisation, Kundalini and Samadhi.

Swimming Pools

As well as offering direct access straight from the beach to the Indian Ocean, our luxury resort is home to one of the largest – and most attractive – swimming pools on the island. Echoing the form of a natural lagoon, our vast saltwater pool sweeps between verdant gardens, peaked-roofed pavilions and island sun decks. Take a dip and you'll also find children's pools, bubbling Jacuzzis, floating sun loungers and sunken seating. In addition to the main pool, there's the heated Aqua-Vitale pool at the Iridium Spa. While the Vista Bar is home to a third pool fringed with cabanas set on a dramatic black staircase, where cold beers, chilled Californian rosé, Mai Tai cocktails and various snacks can be served - or you can always float over to the swim-up bar for refreshment.

Enjoy a memorable family holiday in Bali with the help of the St. Regis Children's Learning Center. This colorful, enriching environment is open to children from the age of four to 12-years old and has been designed to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of our youngest guests through art, music, dance, exercise and creative play time. Action-packed programs include animal yoga, cooking classes, learning how to play Balinese musical instruments and hands-on conservation. Aside from making use of the center’s complimentary hours (2 hours), we can also arrange private half-day and full-day experiences with a personal tutor.
