Reducing Our Environmental Impact
In our residential amenities, we have achieved a 35% reduction in plastic usage, including the elimination of single-use plastics such as water bottles which are now paper and plant-based, resulting in over 180,000 fewer single-use plastic bottles per year. Additionally, we have installed water-saving water fixtures, reducing water usage by 50% annually. Our transition to digital guest registration forms and folios has also reduced paper usage by 4% per year.
Recycling
We implement comprehensive recycling initiatives to minimize waste and promote sustainability. This includes recycling Nespresso pods and repurposing used coffee grounds into biomass fuels. To encourage recycling among guests and attendees, we provide recycling bins in guest rooms and meeting spaces. Moreover, our commitment extends to using electric waste collection vehicles fuelled by renewable energy sources, further reducing our environmental impact.
