Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and door handles as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. *Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Housekeeping and Room Amenities: In-room housekeeping service will not be provided during your stay for the safety of our employees as well as our guests. Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms 48-72 hours post departure.
Decluttering of guestroom and removal of reusable items from guest rooms including, but not limited to coffee service, minibar offerings, iron, ironing board, collateral, pen, paper, and directories. Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day.
