After completing demanding coursework, each Marriott Certified Wedding Planner is qualified to coordinate weddings of all types, including ethnic and military weddings. The Hokupa'a Ocean Front Lawn provides unobstructed views of the sparkling Pacific and neighboring islands, while Suite 288 is an exclusive space with ocean panoramas and beautiful sunset views from the expansive lanai. The Aloha Pavilion’s lounge and breakout spaces boast oceanfront views, beach access, a full-service kitchen, unique staging, and privacy.

Suite 288

Suite 288 is the perfect location for ceremony, reception, gathering place and honeymoon suite. This exclusive suite in the luxury Hokupa‘a tower features an expansive lanai with ocean views and overlooks the resort’s ponds, waterfalls and pools. The outdoor space offers a living and dining area plus a private hot tub and hammock can host up to 20 guests.

For a very intimate and romantic wedding evening, our cabanas or Hales can host your private ceremony and dinner for two. Start your evening soaking in the sunset views over the ocean as a couple followed by dinner.

Helpful Information For Planning Your Wedding

A Wedding Ceremony without a banquet dinner booked within 12 months does not require a guestroom block.

Wedding Ceremonies with Dinner, require a minimum of 50 guests. Should you require a guestroom block of 15 or more rooms, for a minimum of 3 nights, we are happy to confirm the arrangements within 1 year of the wedding date. Should you not be in need of a guestroom block, our resort is able to confirm your Ceremony within 6 months of the wedding date. If your expected guest count is less than 50 guests, we would be happy to provide information on our Wailele Luau or local preferred restaurants who are able to accommodate group dining reservations.

Although we are not able to host weddings on Ka’anapali Beach, due to Maui County restrictions, we have a wonderful Ocean Front Lawn, which overlooks the beach. We hope you will consider this resort wedding venue, overlooking beautiful Ka’anapali Beach.

    E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
    Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
    Theater
    Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
    Reception
    Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
    Schoolroom or Classroom
    The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
