We are committed to providing you with the amenities and services at our property while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and maintaining social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

SPA AND WELLNESS

• In accordance with current health and safety regulations, the steam room and sauna are temporarily unavailable.
• For facial treatments, the use of steam has been replaced by warm towels. The couples’ treatment room may only be used simultaneously by guests sharing the same household or hotel room. Treatment cabins are aired thoroughly after each session. Additional cleaning time has been scheduled between appointments to allow for complete sanitization.
• For specific treatments, you may be asked to remove your mask; our staff will guide you on how to do so.
• Beauty therapists wear single-use gowns, FFP2 masks, and protective visors or glasses during all facial and aesthetic treatments.
• At the end of every session, all surfaces are sanitized and single-use materials are appropriately disposed of.
   

INDOOR / OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

• Gym equipment has been rearranged to allow safe distancing, even during high-intensity workouts.
• Personal trainers ensure regular cleaning and disinfection of machines and equipment between guests. Please remember to sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the gym using the hydro-alcoholic gel provided at the dispensers.
• Maintain a distance of at least 3 feet (1 meter) from others when not exercising, and at least 6 feet (2 meters) during physical activity—especially intense workouts.
• During personal-training sessions, wearing a mask is mandatory whenever social distancing cannot be maintained.

We have updated service procedures across all restaurants and bars. Digital menus are encouraged in all areas, with single-use physical menus available upon request. We strongly recommend booking and using contactless payments, including room charges and credit/debit card payments, wherever possible.

BARS / RESTAURANTS

• All kitchen staff follow appropriate protocols throughout food preparation, and all ingredients are stored in strict compliance with sanitary standards.
• All restaurant and bar staff have been trained to meet strict personal-hygiene requirements.
• Consumption at the bar counter is permitted provided a minimum distance of 3 feet (1 meter) is maintained between guests.
• Guests are kindly requested to disinfect their hands upon entering the bar or restaurant.
• Buffet service has been reorganized so that guests do not handle food directly.
• Dishes are served at the table by staff wearing masks and using sanitizing gel.
• Guests must wear a mask when entering food and beverage outlets and may remove it once seated.
• Staff wear masks at all times.
   

IN-ROOM DINING

• All in-room dining staff are required to wear masks.
