The original “Bloody Mary” was born at King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York in 1934 by Fernand Petiot, Bartender. The St. Regis Osaka has created our original “Shogun Mary” with soy sauce, yuzu citrus and wasabi powder, delicately put on the edge of a glass.
