With marvelous views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay Bridge, our Cityview Suites are located on the upper floors of our Tower Building, and feel like a sky-high residence. At 800 square feet, they have a separate living room with a sofa bed and guest bath. Separate bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bath. Sophisticated and chic, they feature our signature dark wood furniture topped with marble granite, as well as contemporary furnishings and artwork.
Studio Suite, 1 King, Bay view, Tower Building
An elegant, contemporary space to call your home away from home. Located on the corner of the 31st floor of the Tower Building, this 600-square-foot suite has large, north-facing bay windows with sweeping views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and the North Bay. In this spacious studio floor plan, the bedroom is separated by a partitioned wall. The suite also has two bathrooms and two HDTVs.

This unique specialty suite has custom-designed furniture influenced by San Francisco’s cosmopolitan culture. A corner suite on the 31st floor of the Tower Building, it has spacious living and dining areas with large windows on either side, offering sweeping views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, the North Bay and East Bay.
The bedroom has a private bath and is separated from the living area by sliding frosted glass doors. A separate work area lets you stay productive while away from home; half bath off the living area. You have the option of connecting a king guestroom, to add another bedroom and bathroom to your suite (for an additional fee).

An excellent hospitality suite or gathering spot for social events.

This open and airy 750-square-foot suite is elegant and sophisticated, and a popular hospitality suite. Located on the 6th Floor of our Landmark Building has a wonderful view of Union Square and the San Francisco skyline. The grand entry brings you into a spacious parlor with hardwood floors, a living area, dining area with 8-person dining table, and a den with TV. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, pantry and microwave, plus a Master bedroom that has its own bath. A connecting room is available for an additional fee.

This “newly renovated” sumptuous and stylish suite is a gem of a hospitality suite. Located in our Landmark Building, it has 750 square feet and two levels of space. The first level features carved wood paneling and leaded glass windows that open onto Union Square, as well as a living room, dining room, half bath and kitchen area with full refrigerator. Second level has three bedrooms. The Chairman Suite can be adapted to include between two and five bedrooms (for an additional fee).

At 1,900 square feet, the Windsor Suite is the largest of our suites – more like an apartment than a hotel room. After their historic visit to San Francisco in 1983, the suite was renamed for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness Prince Philip, who called the suite home during their time here.
Located on the 31st floor of the Tower Building, it has panoramic city and bay views, including Union Square, SOMA and the Bay Bridge, making it a wonderful space for entertaining. A grand marble entryway leads into the open living area, complete with abundant seating, a marble dining table that seats eight, an executive desk, a 42-inch flat-panel HDTV and a sound system. A butler’s pantry, bar area and separate half bath make hosting easy.
To reflect its royal namesake, the elegant design features dark wood furniture and rich blue upholstery. The master bedroom is entirely separate from the living area, and has a king-size bed, another flat-panel HDTV and a work desk. An optional connecting king guestroom adds another bedroom and bathroom to this spacious suite.
