Cancellation policy: All reservations must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
If you must reschedule or cancel, please notify the spa 24 hours before. This is as a courtesy to other guests looking to book, as well as to our therapists. Any appointments rescheduled within the 24-hour window will incur a $25 fee. If contact is not made, a full-fee charge will be applied to the card provided.
