Check-In

First Floor

Please stop by at the Dog Lovers Suites of the Park Wing Building before check in at the front desk on the second floor of the Main Building because our etiquette dog service in the Dog Lounge upon arrival and before entering the room. (Cleaning of the dog’s buttocks, nail cutting, ear cleaning, and brushing) Please note that dogs can not enter inside the Main Building.

Services

Our Dog Lounge assures you of a relaxing time with your dog. We offer paid services for shampooing and trimming in the lounge; in addition, we provide the Dog Cabin service so you can leave your dog for a short time when you go out. Business Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Special Room Service Menu for your beloved dog is available. Our chef will cook the dish after we receive your order. Special cakes for birthdays or anniversaries are popular menus for cerebration in the room.
