Hours
Our gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience.
Our heath club is open daily from 06:00am until 11:00pm while treatments are available from 8:00am to 10:00pm (please note we require 24 hours' notice to book treatments).
We aim to provide a balance between guests with children and those looking to have a leisurely swim in a child free environment, with this in mind we operate adult only entry sessions from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and after 7:00 p.m. every day – including Bank Holidays. To swim or gain entry during adult only sessions, guests must be 16 years and older. Guests under the age of 16 are invited to swim during children's splash times whilst accompanied/supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
