The St. Regis Bangkok's Astor Ballroom is a versatile event venue decorated in shades of purple, black, and grey with silk embroidered fabric walls and crystal chandeliers. The ballroom space is also one of Bangkok's most impressive settings for high-profile product launches and business conferences.

The Astor Ballroom's event space may be divided into three separate venues, each featuring natural daylight with views of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and its golf course as well as the Bangkok skyline. The pre-function space in front of the Astor Ballroom is a generous 322 square meters. With an open kitchen in the foyer and the timeless tradition of white glove service, every detail of your event is designed to leave a lasting impression on discerning individuals.

Additionally The St. Regis Bangkok offers four smaller meeting and event venues, Rajadamri I-IV, named for the hotel’s legendary location on Rajadamri Road. Two spaces, rooms I and II measure 102 and 105 square meters respectively and face the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. Each offers a contemporary, elegant event space and may include a pre-function venue of 282 square meters. The smaller boardroom style meeting rooms III and IV measure 63 and 58 square meters and look out on the vibrant Bangkok city center.

In each meeting and event space at The St. Regis Bangkok guests may expect the latest technologies and an IT team ready to make each event run seamlessly, with every detail attended to.

Cuisine prepared by a passionate and gifted culinary team includes exquisite Chinese or Western gourmet buffets, each presented with the flawless St. Regis touch. Events also benefit from a personal Banquet Butler to ensure attentive service from start to finish.

Sustainable Meetings

We encourage paperless meeting planning and recommend the utilization of electronic sales tools we have in place such as e-brochure, e-proposals, e-menus and Stargroups.

Rajadamri

The Sustainable Meetings program at The St. Regis Bangkok comprises a range of environmentally-friendly initiatives. Energy usage is reduced with efficient temperature control, signage, and group transportation. Paper products are made from recycled content, and paperless options are readily available. Our catering staff can serve locally-sourced, sustainable foods and drinks. After an event, waste is directed to recycling and composting efforts. Carbon-offset programs and environmental-impact reports are available, and donations to nonprofit organizations can be facilitated.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
