Daniel López, born in Mallorca, discovered his passion for cooking in 1994 when he began taking culinary classes. In 1996, he started his career as an apprentice at the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel. Thanks to his exceptional dedication, he was soon promoted to Assistant Cook, a role he held for a year. Following his experience as part of the kitchen team, he rose to become the Executive Chef.
