Our Chef: Daniel López
Daniel López was born in Mallorca. He discovered his passion for cooking in 1994 when he began taking culinary classes. In 1996, he began to work as an apprentice at the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel. Due to his remarkable efforts, he was offered a position as Assistant Cook, where he stayed for a year. At his return, after being part of the kitchen team, he became the Executive Chef.
