• For the December 24th and 31st events in the Independencia ballroom, seating selection will be based on a numbered layout with tables and chairs. Each table seats 10 people, with the possibility of sharing a table.
• 100% of the total amount for the requested tickets must be paid before selecting seats.
• Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash at the hotel facilities during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs / Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs.
• For bank transfers or deposits for the December 24 and 31 events, a copy of the transaction must be sent to the email: mexis.eventos@sheraton.com for payment validation prior to seat selection.
• Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 10 days before the event. After this date, a penalty of 50% of the total event cost will apply.
• All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos and include 16% VAT. Uncooked foods are prepared with high-quality raw products; however, their consumption is under the responsibility of the person requesting them.
• If you have any special dietary needs or restrictions, please inform your vendor.
• The legal minimum age in Mexico for consuming alcoholic beverages is 18 years.
