During this summer, culinary heritage and traditions are highlighted through the Exquisite Journey Menus that showcase the re-imagination of gastronomy, presenting a four-course Western Set Menu at the VIU restaurant. Highlights of the menu include pan-fried U.S. scallops in a velvety, slow-roasted cauliflower Soup and sous vide tenderloin, complemented with French forest mushrooms and served with a 48-hour slow-cooked flavorful Chardonnay wine jus. In celebration of Mother’s Day in Thailand, guests would be offered a Ravipa pearl bracelet for every two set meals throughout August.
