Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact. Marriott Bonvoy members have the opportunity to use the Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless options, including:

Mobile Check-In: Reduce the amount of time required to complete check-in formalities by using Mobile Check-in and asking any question you have in advance. Please note push notifications must be enabled for receiving the "Room is Ready Notification".

Mobile Check Out: Check out via the Mobile App and skip the desk where applicable by local legislation. You will receive a digital copy of your invoice by email.

Mobile Chat: Communicate with us from anywhere at any time. Mobile chat is available from up to 48h hours before the day of arrival until 24 hours after your departure.

Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the App to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the App. This feature is available before arrival and during stay. You can order your food while being away from the hotel and we will deliver at the time you wish directly into your room

Valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators etc. Further we will provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are only available in our suites, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery via room service (additional fee). A complimentary coffee voucher per person/day is provided (self-pick up at the Piano Bar). We also reduced the hotel collateral in all rooms and public areas. Newspapers and magazines can be ordered on request at the front desk.

Please inform us directly, if you wish to not have our team enter your room during your stay. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Massage: Open, reservation required via front desk.

The Sheraton Grand Salzburg offers you a newly renovated Restaurant Mirabell with Austrian cuisine and a modern Italian place called "taste.it", as well as a new Piano Bar with a nice outdoor terrace.We offer takeaway options and contactless delivery via room services. Marriott Bonvoy Member can also use the Mobilie Dining option via the Marriot Bonvoy app.

The Sheraton Grand Salzburg is open for all guests from December 17, 2021. Travelers should review the destination country's government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel & understand vaccination/testing requirements.
