Power and Endurance

These sessions teach you to center your gravity and improve control using tilting platforms (Indoboard, Bosu, Vew-Do), medicine balls, and more. You will enhance your balance and stability by applying what you learn to sports like skiing, surfing, golf, and beyond.
Aquagym and Swimming
In water, gravity is reduced to one-sixth — making every movement easier, yet still powerfully effective. Simple and fun, this workout is perfect for cooling off under the Sardinian sun and takes place in Hotel Cala di Volpe’s legendary saltwater pool—the largest in Europe. You will develop muscle tone, coordination, and motor control. It is never too early or too late to start. The crystal-clear waters of Sardinia are made for swimming — learn to feel confident in the water and perfect your style. A complete sport for all ages, complemented by pool training sessions and guided aquatic activities. You will enhance muscle tone, coordination, and breathing capacity.
Agility and Skills Training
Using small pieces of athletic equipment, we create agility and speed courses to prepare you for any sport. Especially fun for children, these sessions help develop speed, dexterity, and coordination.
