Stayed here before. Biggest issue is room cleanliness. There are always stray hairs in the sheets and bathroom.

Always stay here
I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Indy and have to stay overnight. The staff here are wonderful. Most importantly, the rooms are clean, beds are super comfy, temp is easy to control and breakfast/coffee in the morning is outstanding and quickly prepared. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in staff
Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for one night while we were in town for a concert. Upon arrival we were promptly given a room key. After going to open our hotel door, we found the the deadbolt was locked and we were only able to open the door an inch. After telling staff we were given a new key right away. Our new room was directly by the pool. We heard screaming from hours on end through the door with kids running back and forth all night. When we got back from our concert that night we went to open the lobby door and found it to be locked. I appreciated the safety feature of this. We tried our roomkeys and nothing opened. When I went to ring the doorbell multiple times no one came to let us in. There were 3 staff members sitting at a table in the lobby (socializing) maybe 10 feet away from the door at this time. I tried to knock on the door and one made eye contact with me but went back to chatting. My husband had to go around to the back side of the building to find a door with access. He spoke with an employee about the situation and got no apology. In the morning we went to the Starbucks in the lobby to get a couple drinks before we headed out. The employee took an extremely long time and ended up making the wrong drink. Very disappointed with the service at this hotel.
