The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Our social distancing initiatives as practiced are:

  • Digital and printed signage of the importance of social distancing which are displayed throughout the hotel, from the entrance of lobby to rooms to all around the property.
  • Seating and layout of furniture & tables, chairs to ensure that the appropriate distance between people is kept.
  • Hotel also abides to the State of Emergency protocols of limitations of people to gather in our spaces.
  • We also focus on securing that our guests have all they need within their rooms during their stay and that we also offer assistance via room service to avoid crowding into areas of high traffic.
  • Hard surfaces are disinfected every two hours (e.g. counters, door handles, elevators, keyboards, gyms etc.).
  • Mobile check-in & Check-out via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Additionally in rooms, there are visual displays of the importance of social distancing and less contact with others on TV screens and on information pamphlets - for a cleaner and safer & healthier space for all who stay with us.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: In the Hotel we have introduced new cleaning protocols, there are sanitizer dispensers on property, and with information on how to properly wash hands, and how often this should be done.
  • There are constant hourly disinfectant wipe downs of furniture and tables mostly these area of high traffic.
  • All staff wear Personal Protective Equipment to avoid carrying of germs when cleaning and also delivering food to and from guests and their rooms.
  • Room amenities: Disinfectant wipes upon arrival of guests & sanitizer dispensers on property.
  • Housekeeping services: Every guest room is disinfected & cleaned prior to arrival and throughout stay, Staff allocation to at least 1 or 2 personnel to limit contact with others frequent cleaning of social areas such as the lobby, bars, restrooms, restaurants, elevators and stairs, SPA & gym.
  • All staff have checklists to follow when cleaning to ensure all targeted areas are clean.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, Including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. When using facilities like:

  • Fitness Centre - appointments are to be made to guarantee there will be availability so that there is a set number of people to avoid mass contact with others, face masks are to be worn and staff will sanitize equipment after each use.
  • Spa - there are now reduced hours of opening & closing of Spa, reduced capacity and reservations required.
  • Kids Club - closed / open to in house guests.
  • Guest Transportation - guest belongings are stored on request basis, guest luggage is disinfected before handling.
  • Safety measures are put in place for them for the safety of their families and of course our staff.

We have implemented digital and printed signage throughout our restaurants to maintain social distancing and seating capacity reductions in compliance with government mandates and hygiene protocols from Health officials.

Additionally, all furniture undergoes a thorough disinfection after each use. Offering room service, all cutlery is paper based or plastic, wrapped or covered when delivered to guest rooms & menus are also provided individually to within every room. Food preparation is always done with only a few kitchen staff & chefs. All these people are trained for safe food preparation, staff wear PPE and housekeeping deep cleans the restaurants every night.
