Diamant Meeting Room

The largest of our meetings rooms with 175 square meters provides natural daylight and is ideal for upscale meetings and events up to 120people in a theatre-style setup, private dining or cocktail receptions.

Robí Meeting Room

With 95 square meters of modern space for meetings and events, the Robí meeting room can accommodate up to 100 people in a theatre-style setup. The meeting room is located underneath the hotel’s lobby level and features a foyer area perfect for welcome drinks, finger lunches or coffee breaks.

Maragda Meeting Room

This modern meeting and event space of 50 square meters with natural daylight and overlooking the street can accommodate up to 30 people for a theatre-style meeting or 20 for a U-Shape style. Maragda meeting rooms is located on the mezzanine level and features a spacious foyer, perfect for welcome drinks, finger lunch and coffee breaks.

Ametista Meeting Room

Enjoy 37square meters of meeting and event space, featuring a maximum capacity of 21 guests in a U-Shape style setting. The meeting room is located underneath the hotel’s lobby level and features a foyer area perfect for welcome drinks, finger lunches or coffee breaks.

Perla Meeting Room

The 36 square meters Perla meeting room is ideal for 21 attendees for a U-Shape or 30 attendees for a theatre-style setting. Enjoy the cozy ambience of the Perla meeting room featuring an elegant paneling.

Agata Meeting Room

Host an executive meeting in our intimate boardroom, featuring a maximum capacity of 8 guests and smart TV.

Safir Meeting Room

Room Set-up Examples

Banquet

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.

Conference and Hollow Square

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.

E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Theater

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

Reception

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.

Schoolroom or Classroom

The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
