Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

MARRIOTT BONVOY APP: Maintaining safe social distance is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In: Submit your arrival time for an expedited arrival experience
  • Check-Out: Skip the Front Desk and receive your final bill via e-mail
  • Mobile Guest Requests/Chat: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like to be delivered to your guest room.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: Are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Closed
  • Spa: Closed
  • The One, Longitude & Nero: Open, face mask required for entry
  • Lounges: Club Lounge is closed
  • Longitude at The LM Hub, lobby level will remain open from 0800 Hrs to 2000 Hrs daily.
  • The One, All day dining restaurant at the Lobby level will be open from 0700 Hrs to Midnight daily.
  • In-Room Dining is available 24 - Hours

  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
