From November 20th to December 18th 2022, a major global sporting event will occur in Qatar. This event will impact the reservation processes and the rules of entry to the State of Qatar. Please learn more about the current requirements and your stay with us here.

Due to local regulations, each reservation for the period November 1 to December 23, 2022 is required to go through a pre-arrival process by the local authorities until it is considered confirmed.

Please ensure to:
1) Provide the names of all guests staying in the room(s). Name(s) provided must match the passport name(s).
2) Provide email address and phone number to allow the hotel to contact you after your booking.

The following information is required for each staying guest in order to submit your reservation for approval:

• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Passport issuing country
• Passport Type (Normal, Royal, Diplomatic)
• Nationality
• Gender
• Email Address
• Ticket application number

Providing the above information is a pre-requisite to receive accommodation approval. Once the hotel has received the approval from the local authorities, you will receive notification that your booking has been confirmed.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking should we unable to contact you to obtain the above information or should we receive notification from the authorities that approval was not granted.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. • Sanitizing stations are available in all high traffic areas.
• Regular sanitation of all frequently used areas and surfaces such as toilet and door handles.
• We are still advising our guests to practice social distancing especially if not in the same group.
• Seating capacities for our restaurants are not being fully occupied.

SECURITY:
• Temperature and Ehteraz application check.
• Face masks, gloves, and sanitizer are provided upon request.

VALET:
• Option to self-park the car.
• Hand sanitizer is provided to guests upon request.

CHECK/IN AND CHECK/OUT:
• Mobile check-in and check-out.
• Mobile Key via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
• Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the next guests arrived.

AMENITIES:
• Properly washed and disinfected extra towels.
• Disinfected bathroom amenities.
• Provision of sanitizer, face masks, gloves upon request and availability.
• Newspaper service provided via PressReader.
• FitnessOnDemand™ is available for Marriott Bonvoy™ members. Non-members are encouraged to register.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
• Sanitizer provided upon request.
• Limited seating capacity.

• Associates are wearing facemasks.
• Takeaway orders are packed and sealed properly.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and the Qatar Clean Program, we have implemented several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in our guest rooms, suites and residences.

These practices include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. Hand sanitizing stations are also available in select high traffic areas.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
Room Amenities: Sanitation kits are available for every guest upon request. Towels are washed and disinfected properly. TV remote is disinfected too.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Fitness Center: Open daily from 06:00 – 23:00, Proper observance of social distancing

Spa: Open daily from 10:00 – 22:00
Reservation is required as limited number of guests can be accommodated at a time

Pool: Open daily from 06:00 – 20:00
Proper observance of social distancing

Kids Club: Open Tuesdays – Sundays from 10:00 – 19:00
Limited number of kids can be accommodated at a time
