The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas in accordance with Indonesia government guidance. Hand sanitiser stations are available in high-traffic areas. Self-Parking recommended, valet service available on request.

We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.

Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room. Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas.

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 2 meters apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining and Spa menus with a QR code information in order to minimize risks. We provide a sealed cover for the TV remote control and pen. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Guest Room: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: 24-hour access with guest key. Face masks and social distancing encouraged.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required.
  • Pool: Open. Note that furniture has been arranged to abide by social distancing regulations.
  • Kids Club / Playground: Open, reservation required and limited capacity of 50%.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at our Clay Craft restaurant. Rooster fish Beach Club is opened on Thursday - Sunday at 10 am - 7 pm. The pool bar and RBar are also open for snacks and refreshments. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 75% of total capacity and 1.5 mtr. between tables. We do not offer a breakfast buffet, but will offer an a la carte menu instead. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR code information at each venue in order to minimize risks.

  • Double Ikat Restaurant: Closed
  • Roosterfish Beach Club: Thursday - Sunday at 10 AM - 7 PM
  • RBar: Open. 2PM - 11PM
  • Pool Bar: Open

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. Additionally, travelers are required to provide specific documentation based on their category and destination upon traveling. Click Travel Restrictions to Indonesia for more detailed information.

For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Qualifications for International tourists traveling to Bali: Foreign travelers from 19 pre-selected countries are allowed to travel into Bali with the following provisions: 

  1. Provide full-dose vaccination certificate at least 14 days before departure to Bali with your application
  2. Provide proof of negative RT-PCR test results within 72 hours before arrival 
  3. Fulfill all administrative prerequisites such as visa or other entry permits as well as proof of booking and payment for accommodation including quarantine accommodation while in Indonesia
  4. Provide proof of health insurance with a minimum coverage value of USD100,000 which includes coverage for Covid-19
  5. Requirement to undergo a mandatory 4 days 3 nights quarantine at selected hotels predetermined by the Indonesian government at your own expense

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Health Certificate Validity
Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:

  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
