The Presidential Ballroom

The Presidential Ballroom at The Henry is a spacious and versatile venue, offering 12,000 square feet of elegant space that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. This ballroom can also be divided into seven salons, providing flexibility for events of all sizes. The Plaza Ballroom

The Plaza Ballroom at The Henry offers 4,500 square feet of refined space, comfortably accommodating up to 400 guests. This ballroom can be divided into two equal sections for greater flexibility.     We are partnering with Encore for hybrid events. A hybrid event is a meeting that combines a "live" in-person event with a "virtual" online component. In collaboration with Encore we can assist you with hosting a video and audio conference, a webinar, or webcast. We can help the show go on even if a key presenter or some of the attendees are unable to attend in person.

    E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
    Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
    Theater
    Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.

    Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
