The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All unvaccinated staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Vaccinated staff members may choose whether to wear face coverings.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our Guest Services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. The modifications we have made include:

  • WestinWORKOUT™ Fitness Studio: open 24 hours
  • In-door Heated Pool & Hot Tub: open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Reflection's Lounge: open daily for dine-in only dinner service from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Last call for food is at 11:30 p.m. Last call for drinks is at 11:45 p.m. Late night menu offered between 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Reflection's Restaurant: open daily for all-day dine-in only service from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • In-Room Dining: delivering directly to your guest room daily from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Late night menu offered between 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Westin Valet: open 24 hours
  • TSA Checkpoint in Hotel Lobby: open daily from 7:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m. for passenger screening into the McNamara Terminal. Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for exit into the hotel lobby from the McNamara Terminal. Operational hours are subject to change without notice.
