Zeppelin: 100m² for Up to 100 People

Maximum space to meet and celebrate: At 100m² and with a built-in screen, Zeppelin can be divided into three spaces and is the largest meeting room in your Dusseldorf conference hotel. It is also perfect for special occasions thanks to its warm colours and flexible light concept, as well as the view of Deck 5 with its idyllic turtle pond.

Piccard

At 85m² and with access to the green garden courtyard, the Piccard event room is a wonderful choice, whether for your successful meeting in the Dusseldorf conference hotel or for a special occasion.

Lindbergh

Thanks to its floor-level windows, the Lindbergh meeting room at the Sheraton conference hotel at Dusseldorf Airport is bright and offers direct access to the garden courtyard, which is perfect for a conference break on sunny days.

Fokker - Nobile

The symmetrically built meeting rooms Fokker and Nobile are well proportioned, with large built-in cupboards and an integrated screen, making them ideal for your presentation or your meeting at Dusseldorf Airport. They accommodate up to 48 people each.

Perfect for block- or U-shaped seating, Saturn is our conference room next to the hotel lobby of Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport Hotel. It has a window to the bright garden courtyard and is ideal for meetings of up to 12 people in a flexible setup.

For meetings with up to 12 people at Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport hotel, we recommend our modern Montgolfier board room. It has a large conference table with retractable sockets and LAN ports, as well as a built-in screen, wardrobe, and daylight.

With a high-quality conference table, eight comfortable armchairs and a large flat-screen monitor, the board rooms Reitsch and Richthofen are especially well suited to small-group meetings and presentations.

Wright

Wright conference room at Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport Hotel has a large conference table with an integrated socket and LAN port, as well as a built-in screen, and wardrobe. It offers meeting space for up to 12 people and is ideal for smaller meetings.

Mars

Our smallest and most popular board room has a round meeting table, floor-level windows on two sides, a minibar and a coffee machine. It is ideal for your board meeting of up to four people.

Neptun

We recommend our Neptun conference room for your meeting with up to eight participants. It features floor-level windows, a large table and comfortable office chairs. A coffee station and a fridge with water and soft drinks ensure uncomplicated catering.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
Ovals and Rounds
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
