• With regards to ease of Covid-19 precautionary measures, as directed by Dubai Muncipality, wearing of face masks indoors and outdoors is now optional for all venues and business activities.
• Sanitization stations are present and provided in all public areas, restaurants and bar, pool, beach and fitness
center. Hand sanitizer stations are freely available in high-traffic areas in the hotel.
• We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a seamless and contactless check-in prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be required to present your ID at the reception desks and collect your room keys for your stay or issuance of mobile key. Should you require any assistance from the 'At Your Service' team, you are welcome to contact them via the Mobile Chat.
• Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, offers convientent contactless mobile dining experiences from the comfort of your room and resort public spaces. Allowing to place orders with online payment.
• Upon check-out, your invoice can be forwarded directly to your email address, kindly share your preference with the reception team.
• Business events, weddings and social gatherings are allowed following the local government regulations, requirements and guidelines.
• Swimming pool access follows all local authority regulations and sunbeds are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces. Some of these areas but not limited to are the counter at the front desk, elevators, public bathrooms and guest room keys.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Guests who shows early signs and symptoms are required to wear face mask.
Housekeeping Services: Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place, related to room sanitization and disinfection after each guests' departure and before the next guests' arrival.
Guest Services: Introduced measures such as contactless delivery to guests' rooms to minimize contact and reinforce social distancing.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact 'At Your Service' at any time.

We are committed to making the experiences and services at our resort available to you while complying with Marriott's "Commitment to Clean" and with local government regulations. The following measures have been put in place with our operational teams.

Resturant: Advance reservations are recommended.

Fitness Center: Open 24 hours with key card access. Currently open and no advance booking required. Cleaning and sanitization takes place regularly.

Swimming Pools: Swimming pools are open daily from 8 am until 7 pm. The beach is open from 7 am to sunset. Kids below 5 years old are not permitted to use the adults pool. Supervision of kids under 16 years old by an adult is required.

Saray Spa: Open daily from 10 am until 10 pm. Offers dedicated, separate spa facilities for ladies and gentlemen.

Kids Club / Playground: Open daily, weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm and on the weekend 9 am to 9 pm. Kidz from 4 to 12 years old welcome.

A gourmet’s dream destination, new and beloved brands and concepts define a delicious palette of flavors at
10 restaurants, bars and lounges across the resort. While currently not all facilities are operational, please visit the dining page for updates and openings.

We would reccommend making a reservation via the restaurant reservations desk in the lobby or dialing 'At Your Service' to ensure you receive your ideal timing and seating preference.

Levantera is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 am to 11 pm.
The Lobby Lounge is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm.
M.I.A Pool Bar and Lounge is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm.
Bal Harbour Beach is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm.
Cucina is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 am to 11 pm.
Senor Pico is open daily from 12 noon to 12 am, and on weekends from 9 am
Above Eleven is open daily from 4 pm to 2 am.

If you feel more comfortable to dine in the privacy of your room, we have In-Room Dining and the mini-bar available 24 hours a day. These charges will be charged directly to your room account.

• All children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a Parent/ Guardian/ Responsible Adult (aged 18 or over) at all times whilst in the facility.
• Non-swimmers or weak swimmers including children (and adults where appropriate) must wear floatation devices.
• 1 Adult in the pool per Child aged up to 5 years, irrespective of swimming ability. 1 Adult in the pool for 2 Children aged 5-8 years, irrespective of swimming ability.
• Children under 5 years of age are prohibited from swimning in the adults pool as per government regulations.

Beach & Sea Safety
• Lifeguard on duty from 7 am to sunset, daily.
• Individuals using the beach do so at their own risk Swimming is at your own risk
• Keep children supervised at all times
• Only swim in the designated bathing areas
• Please note the following hazards:
• Take note of any flags denoting sea conditions
• Please read and adhere to all posted safety warnings on notice boards or safety signs
• Irrigation water is not suitable for drinking
• Consult information boards on the dangers of marine life and weather conditions
• No diving
• Be aware of the effects of the sun
• Please observe the colour of the flags before entering
• Green Flag- Swim within marked area with caution
• Yellow Flag - Swimming is not advised
• Red Flag - Swimming is prohibited
