We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. Face coverings are required for all guest in all public areas. You'll also notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): We wear because we care - all Associates will wear PPE. All guests are required to wear face coverings in all public areas.
- Health Safety Checks: Temperature checks of all hotel employee and vendors.
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators.
- Guest Rooms: We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean and disinfected all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. And we will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible.
- Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizing stations are installed though out the entire hotel. We also have hand sanitizers that are placed as needed in our meeting rooms.
- Electrostatic Sprayers: To sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
