The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Signage throughout our hotels reminds guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants and banqueting venues in compliance with local regulations. Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the resort.

  • The wearing of facemasks is mandatory for all guests and employees.
  • Mobile check-in and keys and other service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Guests and visitors are required to scan Thai Chana QR code (governor platform) for check-in before entering and check-out while leaving the hotel. This will all be very familiar to those living in Thailand as a post-Covid-19 measure.
  • One-way entrance and exit with a temperature checkpoint.
  • Alcohol hand-sanitizers provided around public areas.
  • Signage throughout the Hotel reminds guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and all areas in accordance with THAI government guidance.
  • Self-parking is recommended.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present ID upon arrival.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All Luggage will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.

All precautions are subject to change in line with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's "Commitment to Clean", we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the Hotel, including guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including restrooms, restaurants and elevators, as well as providing hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on directions by local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. All vendors and employees entering the buildings receive a temperature check.

Room Amenities:

  • Minibars - sanitized for your safety.
  • Coffee machines and kettles - sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes and alcohol gel provided in rooms as a welcome kit for every arrival guest. Face masks are available on request.
  • Daily pool treatment is provided, including chlorine level and PH balance testing. Monthly water testing by Lab experts.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Open daily 7 am - 7 pm, access with a guest key card, physical distancing encouraged.
  • Spa: Open daily 10 am - 8 pm, advance reservation required.
  • Swimming Pool: Open daily 7 am - 7 pm.
  • Kids Club: Open daily 9 am - 6 pm, reduced capacity and face masks required at all times. Some activities maybe not available in order to comply with local regulations. Time limits may be imposed to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Shuttle services: Suspension until further notice.

Hotel Food and Beverage venues comply with the current Local guidelines for Social Distancing. The operation hours of hotel food and beverages venus are as following;

  • The Deck - Breakfast: 7:00 to 11:00 hrs.
  • Luna Lanai - Lunch & Dinner : 11:00 to 22:30 hrs.
  • Towel Hut Pool Bar - 7:00 to 17:00 hrs.
  • Yamyen Rooftop - Closed until further notice.
  • Salas - closed until further notice.
  • Sundara Sports Lounge - Closed until further notice.
  • InAzia- Closed until further notice.

Social Distancing Signage

  • Maximum capacity with 1 -1.5 meters between dining tables and guests.
  • Digital menus.
  • Mobile payment applications.

Food preparation

  • All food preparation tables are sanitized every two hours and in between preparations.

Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa have received the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)'s “Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration: SHA” certification in the Hotel, Accommodation and Meeting Place categories as a Thai hospitality business strictly adhering to safety and hygiene measures.
