Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

BOOK YOUR STAY

In keeping with Marriott's and local authorities Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations and temperature measuring when entering the property as well as in the main restaurant to support the safety protocol.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Open
  • Spa: Closed till further notice
  • Beach: Open
  • Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice

HOTEL FACILITIES

Miramar Restaurant: Open with closed buffet. For health safety, temperature measurement upon entry.
La Piscina : Open with set menu and ala carte option.
Miramar Bar: Open with No entertainment limited to house music.

DINING FACILITIES

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Lounge Access: Not applicable, However for Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador they can choose daily breakfast as a welcome amenity, for member plus one.
  • Welcome Gift: Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador they can choose between 1000 points per stay, or daily breakfast or Amenity per stay.
  • Late Check-Out: Available upon request and upon availability till 4pm.
