Spacious and Versatile

Medinaceli Ballroom

With a combined area of 422m2, the three Medinaceli rooms are ideal for largescale gatherings, conferences and celebratory events. By day, the oversized windows allow natural light to flood through, while the evening is lit by nine elegant chandeliers, against a backdrop of muted dove grey and white decor. Choose for versatility, where partitions shape independent spaces to optimize creativity, allowing a range of set-ups, from workshops and theatre-style to conferences.

    Stunning, Combinable Views

    Neptuno Ballroom

    With stunning views across Neptune Fountain and Paseo del Prado, the 277m2 Neptuno room offers an impressive space for business meetings, large social events and wedding banquets. Partition the area to create more intimate venues or increase the size an extra 256m2 by linking Cánovas or Cervantes, creating more versatility and options. Host events in this contemporary space where natural light floods in by day and in the evening, the Murano glass chandelier casts a warm glow over occasions.

    Mata Hari Meeting and Ballroom

    In honour of the legendary World War 1 double agent and former hotel guest, the Mata Hari room is a small elegant space that has been thoughtfully designed for more intimate gatherings. Hold one-to-one meetings or interviews in this 54m2 formal room, against the backdrop of a mirrored wall, comfortable sofas and Art Deco chandeliers.

    Occupying a corner of The Westin Palace, Madrid, the Cánovas room is ideal for smaller events. Hosting up to 120 guests, it is an impressive room, with classical columns, oversized floor-to-ceiling windows and polished wood-paneled walls and flooring. Combine Cánovas with Neptuno room and increase the size of the floor space to 227m2, or open up Cervantes too, adding another 117m2 for a really impactful event.

    Taking its name from the distinguished Spanish writer and journalist, Julio Camba, who lived at The Westin Palace, Madrid for 13 years, the room is a vibrant oxblood red, with polished parquet flooring, stand-out marble fireplace and stunning glass chandelier. Host a private dinner, organize a board meeting or evening cocktails for up to 110 people and be enriched by this vital, historic backdrop.

    Prado Ballroom
    Prado

    The 65m2 Prado room retains the historic quality of The Westin Palace, Madrid and offers an ideal space for private functions and business meetings. Gather in this traditional room where Spanish artworks and oversized chandeliers provide a productive and stimulating atmosphere.

    Hemingway

    Named after the American author, Ernest Hemingway, this room provides a comfortablespace ideal for private dining, for up to 40 guests. Choose Hemingway to host business associates against the backdrop of an elegant setting, with muted décor, oversized windows and an influx of natural daylight. Easily configured for board meetings, roundtable conferences or working lunches, it is a creative and inspiring space.

    Cortes

    Combining a total floor space of 181m2, the three Cortes rooms provide ideal adaptability for professional meetings, large scale events and celebrations. Choose between one of three rooms, where interconnecting options allow for independent private spaces for more intimate gatherings, or opt for theater-style grandeur where the rooms provide uninterrupted floor space.

    Cervantes

    Positioned on a corner of The Westin Palace, Madrid, Cervantes is a fitting room for smaller, more intimate events, hosting up to 110 guests. Thoughtfully designed with wood-paneled walls, polished floors, classical columns and floor-to-ceiling windows. Host a larger celebration by linking the Neptuno room to increase floor space up to 227m2, or add an additional 139m2 with the interconnecting Cánovas room.

    Espacio Palace

    The Espacio Palace is the newest event facility at The Westin Palace, Madrid. Able to accommodate up to 500 guests, this modern setting is equipped with state-of-the-art meetings technology. These five new multifunctional rooms with a contemporary design and direct street access were added in 2013 to complement the existing 15 meeting rooms and nearly doubled the hotel´s venue capacity

    Circulo Palace Ballroom

    Step into the dynamic atmosphere of the 450m2 Círculo Palace and be inspired by the room’s refreshing character and spacious form. Built across two floors, the double height ceiling is encircled by a colonnaded upper gallery, offering an elevated vantage point from which to admire the contemporary light feature. Enriched with mood lighting and cutting-edge technology, the space provides an ultra-modern backdrop for a range of innovative events, from wedding receptions and black tie balls to gala award dinners and corporate gatherings.

    Palace I, II, III

    Host significant events in the Palace Room where the large, open floorplan makes the space ideal for wedding receptions, conferences and gala dinners. Versatile in character, the 416m2 room can be divided into smaller sections using soundproof dividers, to create privacy and variation. Natural daylight floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows. After dark, modern ambient lighting suits any atmosphere.

    Palace IV

    Engage up to 50 guests in the adaptable Palace IV room, which can be configured to suit a variety of set ups including dining, theatre, boardroom and classroom. Freshly decorated with light, neutral colors, the space covers 70m2 and offers high-speed Internet, alongside modern audio-visual technology.

    Espacio Palace Professional Kitchen

    Engage with cooking in one of Espacio Palace’s gastronomic masterclasses, ideal for group activities and events. Hosted in the 656m2 state of the art kitchen, the well-equipped space enables guests to learn the inside secrets of a professional kitchen during an insightful culinary workshop. With all the necessary expert appliances, the kitchen connects with the main meeting area and can be hired for sole use.

      MENU TASTING

      Wedding over 100 persons: tasting for 6 persons
      Wedding from 50 to 100 persons: tasting for 4 persons
      Wedding from 20 to 50 persons: tasting for 2 persons
      Menu tastings will be placed from Tuesdays to Saturdays at lunch time in order to offer our best service.

      MEETING ROOM

      Room rental rates on request.

      WEDDING NIGHT {only valid for weddings of more than 50 people)

      The hotel offers you one-night accommodation in one of our best rooms. Buffet breakfast is
      included in our restaurant La Rotonda or continental breakfast in your room.

      Wedding cake included in all our menus. To be chosen during tasting.

      PARKING

      The hotel is pleased to offer you 2 complimentary parking spaces on the Wedding day.

      SPECIAL RATE FOR WEDDING GUESTS

      The special rate for 2022 is €251.9 VAT included, buffet breakfast included in La Rotonda Restaurant. This rate is subject to availability. Reservations have to be guaranteed with credit card and can be cancelled without penalty fee 72hrs prior to arrival (16:00hrs). After this date, we will charge one-night cancellation fee.
