The Lacquer private dining room is located on the fifth floor of The St. Regis Macao. The rooms are spacious and able to accommodate a round-table setting for 18 guests, yet intimately sized enough to be infused with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The Porcelain and The Lacquer private dining rooms can be combined to become an opulent venue for bigger celebrations or used separately.

Catering Services

Our executive chef and premier catering team specialize in Asian and continental fare and are committed to curating indelible menus tailored to any social or professional event. Guests are invited to select from a delectable array of canapés, appetizers, plated dinners, and desserts. Our signature fare includes sea urchin tartare on wasabi-infused cucumber, foie gras glazed with Baileys Irish Cream, smoked bay scallops, and gianduja ice cream with poached baby pears. Our memorable themed coffee breaks provide an energizing respite from longer meetings and conferences. Choose from our menu of inspired options, such as the Grand Central Station Waldorf Terracotta, Little Italy Terracotta, and Cookies of the Day. Our catering team is pleased to fulfill any special dietary requests, including kosher, vegetarian, and vegan courses.

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
