    Prefunction Space

    This flexible and stylish space can be utilized for a meeting, event or reception. With natural light and sweeping views, this open space is ideal for groups.

    Boardroom

    This sophisticated boardroom is outfitted with a custom white oak table, leather Eames chairs, state of the art A/V and stunning views of Madison Square Park. This space can be easily converted from a daytime board meeting to an intimate private dining room.

    Studio 1

    This flexible space is flooded with natural light and features views of Madison Square Park and nearby Empire State Building. Its neutral color palette is perfect for a sophisticated meeting or lively event.

    Cozy and intimate, this studio can host up to 20 guests for a banquet. Each Sudio features custom menus from Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jason Atherton.

    This midtown event space can accommodate various setups and group sizes, from a theater set up for 40 to an intimate dinner for 20. All Studios are outfitted with Smart TVs and ideal for private screenings.

    This luxuriously residential Penthouse Suite features a living room glowing with natural light, a sophisticated dining room, and a full kitchenette perfect for secluded gatherings. This suite is ideal for a 50 person cocktail party or an intimate dinner for up to 20 guests.

    Wedding venues can accommodate 80 guests for a seated dinner and up to 250 guests for a reception

      Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
      Conference and Hollow Square
      Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
      E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
      Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
      Theater
      Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
      Reception
      Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
      Schoolroom or Classroom
      The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
      Ovals and Rounds
      Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
