With over 22,000 square feet of flexible events and meeting space, Moxy offers the perfect venue for any occasion. Various areas on the mezzanine surrounding Bar Moxy are available, including three 270-square-foot Studios that provide flexible, multipurpose spaces with state-of-the-art AV equipment. Framed in glass and copper, they can be combined for meetings, events, or private parties. The custom Yabu Pushelberg–designed furniture in the Bar Moxy Lounge, also on the mezzanine, can be moved and reconfigured to adapt to a group’s size and purpose. In addition, Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge includes 10,000 square feet of all-season indoor/outdoor event space. The hotel also offers six 350-square foot Studio Suites with separate living areas.

Magic Hour

New York City’s largest indoor/outdoor hotel rooftop bar and lounge features an “urban amusement park” concept with an adult sensibility, complete with epic Empire State Building skyline views. The menu offers shareable, State Fair-inspired light bites in a rooftop setting full of enchanting amusements.

Meeting Studios

On the second floor, adjacent to the lobby lounge area, three studios provide rentable meeting spaces with sliding glass doors and curtains that can seamlessly transition private meetings into public presentations.

Legasea (Temporarily Closed)

The playful brasserie updates the traditional seafood dining experience with local, sustainable dishes in a modern and vivacious atmosphere. The approachable and accessibly priced menu features fun, shareable twists on classic seafood fare. Rockwell Group’s interior design amplifies the convivial atmosphere, using handcrafted materials to create a warm, tactile environment. A private dining room boasts a woven cane ceiling, painted lacquered wall panels, and embossed leather chairs.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
