We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. Face coverings are required in all indoor public areas. You'll also notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. All Guests and Associates are required to wear face coverings while in the Lobby, elevator, and all shared spaces.
- Guest Room: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room. Remote control sleeves made from recyclable material are utilized in each guest room. These will be changed after every guest departure. CDC approved cleansers are being utilized on all surfaces throughout hotel including guestrooms
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
