Large Meetings

Our new Tarpon Point Ballroom features 12,260 sq. ft. of meeting and event space to accommodate groups up to 1,400 guests. Meanwhile, our Rosen Ballroom and Grandville Ballroom provide state of the art meeting space, featuring natural lighting that encourages attendees to cultivate new ideas. Our 3,150 square-foot ballrooms are the ideal space to set the tone for inspiration.

Designed for the small group in mind, our Breakout Rooms are the perfect setting for board meetings, breakout sessions, product launches, press meetings, media interviews and depositions. Meanwhile, the 1,368 square-foot Calusa Conference Room is perfect for luncheons, meet and greet receptions, as well as group dinners, and board meetings. Its soaring floor to ceiling windows allow for an abundance of natural light.

Our ballrooms feature built-in screens and projectors as well as sound systems. High Speed Internet is available in all meeting spaces for a fee. Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
