In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our hotel and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including hallways and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also encouraged to wear personal face coverings throughout public spaces of our hotel and are provided masks if they need one.
Disinfection: We're utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants between guests to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Refreshes are only done by request only on Mondays and Thursdays. If guests need their linens replaced, we ask that they place the linen in a bag outside their door and we'll place fresh clean linen in a bag and place it back in front of the door. This includes all amenities and trash as well.
