Acclaimed Executive Chef, Dawn Taylor-Cole, is creating artful Modern Californian cuisine with an approachable and instantly familiar atmosphere. With twenty years of notable culinary experience, Chef Dawn is bringing diverse artisan inspiration to both the menu development and kitchen culture. From dinner to elevated happy hours and dinners with friends, Seven Square Taproom offers an experience to fit any occasion. We offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Radiator Coffee Salon

Open for breakfast and lunch, Radiator Coffee Salon offers artful innovators a morning coffee spot before transitioning into an afternoon cultural space for inspiring creatives. Reiterating the core SoMa DNA, Radiator Coffee Salon incorporates local artisan bites and sips. Serving light morning fares, including pastries from contemporary patisserie and bakery cafe, Craftsman + Wolves, paired with the woman-owned and sustainably focused, Equator Coffees.

The Clancy is focused on building partnerships and supporting the local community by utilizing local artisans, companies and products wherever possible. Providing an authentic San Francisco experience to its guests, as well as support the companies that make the eclectic SoMa neighborhood thrive.

  • Equator Coffees - 1995 marked the beginning of a high-impact coffee company focused on quality, sustainability and social responsibility. The locally sourced and woman owned Equator Coffees' philosophy is that coffee can be roasted better, brewed better and, most importantly, it can be sourced in a way that makes lives better. After two decades and thousands of cups served, Equator Coffees' is offered in both Radiator and SoMa mercantile.
  • Craftsman and Wolves - San Francisco contemporary patisserie and bakery, Craftsman and Wolves, is available in Radiator. Offering a menu of breakfast pastries, cakes, pies, breads, croissants, confections, confitures, desserts, Chef William Warner crafts a rotating artisan selection.
  • Happy Moose Juice - Inspired by the diverse, eclectic San Francisco lifestyle, Happy Moose Juice takes pride in creating delicious juices, smoothies, and wellness shots locally sourced in San Francisco from nourishing ingredients. Their products are created to cleanse, detoxify and transform your diet and are available for purchase in both Radiator and SoMa Mercantile.
  • Charles Chocolates - With the belief that chocolates are fresh food and an obsessive dedication to finding the finest ingredients, Charles Chocolates are acclaimed and award-winning. These small batch artisan chocolates, crafted in San Francisco since 1987, are available in both Radiator and SoMa Mercantile.

Chef Dawn Taylor-Cole

Dawn Taylor-Cole, The Clancy's Executive Chef, is already transforming the property's culinary offerings. The focus is on The Clancy's restaurant concept, Seven Square Taproom, creating artful Modern cuisine. Bringing the back-alley craftsman to the forefront, Seven Square Taproom is approachable and instantly familiar - a perfect stop for lunch, happy hour or dinner.

Chef Dawn brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to The Clancy. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, her professional career has spanned positions at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at Disneyworld, Wolfgang Puck Catering and the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. Most recently, she served as Executive Chef at the Redwood Room.
