Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to continue to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates). We appreciate your support and understanding.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the entire hotel which include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning
  • Social Distancing Practices
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 24 hours with personal assistance from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 pm, equipped with supplies for sanitizing before and after use.

Transportation Service: We offer this at an additional cost. It is very important to arrange the transportation service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. We can also help you make transportation arrangements if you need to go out of the resort during your stay.

Beach: Ocean conditions vary greatly throughout the year and even within a single day, which may affect the possibility to use the ocean for recreational purposes. As you may know, we boast an ocean water pool for our guests to enjoy as an alternative.

Spa: Our Jasha Spa is open from (08:00 am to 08:00 pm), offering treatments to restore your body and mind. Please contact our Spa directly at +52 624 163 76 00 to ask for available treatments and book an appointment.

Kids & Teens Club: Our Kids Club is open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm

At all times, the health of our guests and team members is our priority. In addition to tapping into the expertise of our consultants, we will also ensure that the hygiene practices at all of our facilities meet, or exceed, the recommendations of local and international health authorities.

  • Use of QR code menus and disposable menus for our clients.
  • Constant hand washing every 20 minutes by our team members.
  • Daily spray sanitizing of all our food and beverage areas, restaurants and kitchens.
  • All team members will be equipped with face shields and face masks.

For restaurants operation, please consider that we have the following specifications:

  • Ua Culinary Artisans: Open for breakfast and lunch with a-la-carte service, from 7:00am-11:00pm
  • Nak Grill & Bar: Offers a-la-carte dinner service, from 10:00am-11:00pm
  • Auka Deli Caffe: Our coffee shop serves a selection of Coffee drink, teas and delicious sandwiches and desserts from 6:30am to 9:30pm
  • Niparaya JW Bar: Open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm to enjoy a variety of fresh sushi, sashimi, classic cocktails and a great variety of wines and selected whiskeys.
  • Cafe des Artistes: Open Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:00pm to 11:00pm

Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin, or final destination. For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home, JW Marriott Los Cabos is able to provide antigen Tests at the hotel premises, if desired. It is important to get an appointment for the in-house testing, preferably at check-in. We may also connect you with Hospiten, a local hospital that offers PCR testing and happy to help book an appointment and transportation. As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination. The safety and well-being of our guests and our associates are of paramount importance to us and our staff is ready and available to assist you.

Starting December 6, 2021, all air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the United States. Additionally, Non-US citizens must be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States by air.

For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home JW Marriott Hotel Los Cabos Beach, Resort & Spa offers guests the convenience of on-site testing. Tests results are returned after 24 hours directly to the guests. Registration is required in advance for on-site testing.

As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination.
