The ceiling height in the ballroom is 5,94 m.

 

Our premises offer you the opportunity to organize birthday, wedding, Christmas or company celebrations from the smallest frame to a gala with 380 PAX. Whether in the Elyśee ballroom, the restaurants Kleinschmeckerei or Le Cassoulet, or exclusively in the presidential suite - there is a suitable setting for every occasion.

Le Méridien Stuttgart has a local technology company as a business partner, which in addition to the usual conference technology also offers lighting systems, interpreter booths, furniture and DJ equipment. 

The following services are included in the Le Méridien conference package: Personal conference support, room rental of the suitable main conference room, standard conference technology (1 projector + screen, 1 flipchart, blocks + pens), Internet access in the event area, unlimited mineral water in the main event room and for lunch, coffee breaks in the mornings and afternoons plus coffee, tea and side dishes of the chef's choice, business lunch with buffet or 3-course menu of the chef's choice, including one hot drink per person. The package can be individually adapted and expanded according to your wishes.

Cars can be parked both in our conference foyer, above the conference area, and in our Elysée foyer. Our Elysée ballroom is perfectly suitable for car presentation, too. Of course, not only vehicles, but also other products such as large medical devices are optimally staged in our premises.

In cooperation with our partners, we can offer you a wide range of mobile escape rooms, cooking challenges and golf tournaments. Alternatively, you can also visit the Staatsagalerie (State Gallery) - our Unlock Art™ partner.

Le Méridien Stuttgart has 180 parking spaces in the underground car park directly connected to the hotel. The costs are €3 per hour and €24 per day for overnight guests. Our underground garage also has e-chargers.

The Elysée Foyer is ideal for receptions and standing snacks and can accommodate up to 400 PAX. Our bar or conference foyer is ideal for smaller groups. 

Our Elysée ballroom can accommodate up to 250 PAX in classroom style, and even up to 380 PAX  in theater style. In addition to the plenum, a total of 11 group rooms are available for up to 60 PAX.

All rooms have W-LAN as standard, which is included in the conference flat rate. You can also book exclusive group access (from €50 per day). A LAN connection can also be provided on request.

Le Méridien Stuttgart is located in the heart of Stuttgart. Stuttgart Central Station is only 0.5 km away from the hotel and can therefore be reached by foot in 10 minutes. The airport and the exhibition center are 16 km from the hotel, but can also be reached by S-Bahn or by car.

Exhibition stands can be accommodated in the foyer in front of the conference rooms. Likewise, the foyer and the exhibition area can be integrated through the inclusion of the ballroom and breakouts. Depending on requirements, there is space for up to 30 different exhibitors.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
Ovals and Rounds
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
