The Royal Ballroom

Hold your banquet in our most luxurious function room. Ornate architectural features will transport you to another place in time as you mingle and celebrate. At 350-square-meters it is the largest venue, perfect for banquets and cocktails. Guests enter the rectangular space through a wrought-iron door similar to those found in Andalusian cathedrals. This room accommodates up to 350 people for cocktails and conferences, 250 for banquets, and 200 with writing desks. Inside, emerald green walls with characteristic mouldings border eleven Bohemian crystal and bronze chandeliers. Great arched doors framed with mahogany and tiled brick open onto the terrace that overlooks the hotel’s abundant gardens.

Cartuja Ballroom

The Salón Cartuja is 150 m² and has the capacity to house 120 guests for cocktails or conferences and 100 for banquets.

The Andalucía ballroom is 157 m² and has a capacity of 150 persons for cocktails and 100 persons for banquets.

Royal Ballroom

Conceived to be the Royalty dining room, the Royal Ballroom is the most sumptuous events venue in Seville. Ideal for wedding celebrations or gala dinners, the Royal Ballroom has been historically the rendezvous point for Royal Families, Heads of State and celebrities during their stay in Seville. Torreón, Inner Courtyard and Gardens

These 3 unique settings are ideal for hosting a welcome cocktail. The Torreón, located on the third floor, offers magnificent views to the city and is perfect for guests seeking exclusivity. The inner courtyard, one of the hotel´s most iconic spaces, features unique architecture and can host a reasonable number of invitees. Whereas the gardens are an authentic haven of peace in the center of Seville.

Garden Floor Rooms

The main function rooms are complemented by five contemporary style meeting rooms on the garden floor: Triana, Itálica, Betis, Santa Cruz and San Telmo. These versatile spaces, some with natural light, can be used separately or combined for more space by opening the dividing panels.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
