The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

We have signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to practice social distancing and wear masks as required by local ordinance. Hand sanitizer is located next to the elevators in the lobby. Hand sanitizing wipes are located in every guestroom for guest use.

Our restaurant, Shula's 347 Grille, is currently open 7 days a week from 5pm to 9pm. Level 8 Lounge is open Monday through Saturday from 4pm to 11pm. Le Roc Bistro is open for grab and go breakfast from 7am to 10am weekdays and 8am to 11am on weekends.

Mobile check-in and service requests can be submitted via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet parking only for $20 per night.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Room Amenities:

  • We have removed reusable glassware and collateral from our rooms to ensure fresh items for each guest.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Shula's 347 Grille: Sun-Thurs, 5pm-9pm, Fri and Sat 5pm-10pm
  • Le Roc Bistro: Mon-Fri 7am-10am, Sat and Sun 8am-11am
  • Level 8: Mon-Thurs 4pm-11pm, Fri and Sat 4pm-12am
  • Business Center: Open, social distancing required
  • Fitness Center: Open, social distancing required
  • Shuttle: Unavailable
  • Valet Parking: Available, $20 per night
  • Shula's 347 Grille is open Sunday through Thursday from 5pm until 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm until 10pm. We have takeaway and dine-in available.
  • LeRoc Bistro is open weekday mornings from 7am until 10am, and weekends from 8am until 11am. We are offering grab and go breakfast pastries, parfaits, and breakfast sandwiches in addition to our Lucky Goat coffee.
  • Level 8 is open Monday through Thursday from 4pm until 11pm, with happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30pm. On Friday and Saturday, Level 8 is open from 4pm until 12am. Currently we are not offering any food at Level 8.
  • Mobile Dining is not available at this time.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
