Located on the second floor, our 277 sqm Studio can be divided into four equally sized meeting rooms in Tokyo with sliding partitions, offering flexible setups for any event. When combined with the pre-function area, the total event space expands to 387 sqm—ideal for mid- to large-scale meetings and gatherings. Each room features roll-down screens, ceiling-mounted projectors, and an integrated sound system. Designed by Kengo Kuma in collaboration with EDITION’s global design team, the Studios embody a refined East-meets-West aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the spaces with natural light and frame stunning city views, complemented by motorized blackout veils and soft sheer drapes.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
