Check in, As part of our efforts to keep all employees, visitors, and patrons safe, Hotel guests are required to complete our DC Coronavirus health screening questionnaires upon check in prior accessing our guest elevators. In addition, Pursuant to Executive order 2020-081, Mayor Muriel Bowser has directed all individual traveling for non-essential activities and entering from the states listed to isolate or quarantine for a period of 14 days from the time of entry into the District of Columbia or during the duration of the individual's presence in the District of Columbia, whichever is shorter. This includes persons entering by roadways. The executive orders do not apply to individuals employed by airlines or those performing military, emergency or health responses.
HSK, Daily service will be suspended for guests staying between two and 7 nights. For guests convenience, we have provided an extra set of bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and bath amenities inside each guest room. Additional amenity requests will be available via Marriott Bonvoy App or Dialing 0 from the guest room.
Our property takes hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. As such, after guests have departed, rooms will undergo a more rigorous cleaning as outlined in the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The World health Organization (WHO) and local health departments on appropriate hygiene standards.
